What is the meaning of the AIMDP (PIDMA)?
PIDMA is a pionner tool at the service of the second-generation agriculture in Cameoon. It targets three speculations with a high nutritive, commercial and economic potential, namely: maize, cassava and sorghum.
PIDMA is out to boost the maize, cassava and sorghum’s offer and added value on the one hand, and to meet the agri-industries’ needs, on the other hand. Its main objective revolves around enhancing production, both in terms of quality and quantity in order to satisfy the market and improve on producers’ incomes and living conditions on a daily basis. It is worth noting that such producers are organized in co-operative societies throughout the five agri-ecological areas of Cameroon.
